Same Day Dispatch

Any orders received before 2pm on Mon to Fri will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day.

Delivery Options and Costs

To make sure you get your order safely, all our products are sent first class by Express post or our chosen courier service and in some circumstance may require a signature.

The shipping fee is dependent on the country you are ordering from, and is broken down as follows:

Standard Delivery: 2-7 days

- Australian Domestic Orders - AUD $7.95
- International Orders - AUD $20.00

OverBoard uses the services of the Australia Post Express Delivery Service.

(Mon to Fri - no weekend deliveries)

For any orders over AUD$150 OverBoard will provide free standard delivery within Australia.

Any orders placed between Mon and Fri, before 2pm will be dispatched the same day, assuming the goods are in stock.

If the goods you order are “Out of Stock” we will notify you immediatley and confirm when the items will be available to be sent out, or any other options available.

What guarantees and warranties come with OverBoard products?

First and foremost you get our no quibble 'have your money back in full if not entirely satisfied' guarantee providing the item is returned to us in mint, we can sell it to someone else, condition.

Second you have your statutory rights - and we'd never mess with those. Plus there is our own manufacturers 24 months warrantee against any defects in materials used or the way it was made.
