An additional Velcro™-fastened cover lid and hard base plate shape this handlebar bike bag into a neat package, while reflective strips make you extra visible. Inside you’ll find an internal zip pocket for smaller items and when you’re done just sling on the bag with the removable shoulder strap. Nifty.
