DESCRIPTION

The OverBoard 17 Litre Classic Waterproof Bike Pannier is made from durable PVC tarpaulin, making it easy to wipe clean after use. With our Fold Seal System™ and high-frequency welded seams, your gear stays fully protected from the elements. Pair it with the Rear Bike Rack to securely attach your waterproof panniers for a streamlined setup.

Featuring a shaping hard base plate, an outer weatherproof zip pocket, elasticated side loops for lights, and reflective front and side patches, this pannier is perfect for all-weather cyclists.
